The latest Justin Bieber scandal points to lesser charges for the star for his South Florida arrest.

Two people engaged in Bieber's case informed the Associated Press of the news on Tuesday. Bieber was involved in a street drag race case in South Florida.

Sources said the star will be charged with careless driving misdemeanour and resisting arrest, but without violent charges. These charges will take effect in lieu of the original DUI charge.

Justin Bieber's scandal news also indicated the singer lawfully required to take an anger management course, make a $50,000 donation to charity and pay up for court-related fines.

Bieber will not be schedule to attend the hearing. The plea deal news was first obtained from The Miami Herald.

Last July, Bieber also got a run-in with the law when he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanour vandalism charge in Los Angeles. Bieber was had to pay over $80,000 in charges for that case, and was required to meet other compensation conditions.

Last December, Bieber was also charged with assault in Toronto that involved a limousine driver. According to lawyers, the star was not charged in that incident.
