80's hit film franchise Indiana Jones (which is also know as 'Indy) is rumored to have its fifth installment!
On the post of Breathecast.com, it is said that the 80's movie has officially been slated for a comeback. However, no one from the production gave information about the release and until now no one is spilling about the release date and as well as its casts. But Walt Disney Studios is still the one to finance the movie.
IMDB.com reported that Star Wars actor, Harrison Ford, is still the major cast in 'Indiana Jones' flick. Apart from that, the prod didn't give any info about the role of the character and even the plot.
Some previous reports said that the movie starred by Harrison Ford was initially in negotiations with Disney to take on the upcoming movie's titular role.
However, the 71-year-old actor recently got injured while filming 'Star Wars Episode VII', which might be the cause of the delay of the film or someone will replace him.
Meanwhile, some source said that the producers are allegedly inclined to pick 'Twilight' star Rob Pattinson to play the lead role of the film. There are also speculations that the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' star Bradley Cooper will be tapped to take on the role.
According to Enstarz, when Ford was still recovering from his broken foot, he was spotted refusing assistance.
Meanwhile the alleged actor to replace Ford, Edward Cullen of Twilight told reporters during red-carpet event for his film The Rover last June that he hadn't even been approached by Disney for an opportunity. He stated:
"I don't know why. Why is that coming out?" he asked when a reported questioned him about playing the whip-cracking adventurer. "I honestly don't understand what it's all about. Man, I wish!"
