It is undeniable that Chris Pratt before and after photos reveal a significant change in the actor's physique.

His now hot bod, and his equally awesome talent in acting has catapulted him to stardom. Chris has been known to play the goofy character in his previous movies, and while he has already had quite a following, nobody expected his post "Guardians of the Galaxy" fame.

But the real question here is how did he do it? Chris reportedly lost 60 pounds in 6 months and people want to copy the success in their own lives.

Men's Fitness, has fortunately published Chris before and after GOTG workout plan. The plan which consisted of circuit training, bodybuilding exercises and a calculated diet plan worked really well for the actor. But as his personal trainer Duffy Gaver shared, Chris is just a beast when it comes to his workout routines.

"Chris' athleticism is amazing, he is incredibly disciplined and his work ethic is phenomenal." Duffy said.

"He isn't the client you have to push; He is the type of client you have to pull down. If you were to walk into the gym when he was training, you would have thought for sure you've got a guy getting ready for the NFL Combine."

Duffy shared that the first 2 months of training focused more on bodybuilding workouts, next 2 months focused on 1 part bodybuilding, 1 part conditioning, and the last month focused on just conditioning concentrating on circuit routines, swimming, biking and faster-timed workouts.

Chris already had a picture of what he wanted to look after all the 4-6 times a week workout sesh.

"He wanted more muscle, to be much leaner, and to be more fit," he said. "He wanted to do justice to the role."
