Album Reviews 2014: It has been almost six years since John Legend was able to reach the top 40 with the hit "Green Light," a collaboration with Andre 3000. Now his song, "All of Me" may be the biggest pop hit song of his eminent career. It is the third single from the album "Love in the Future," and was released in August. The song made a momentous impact on the RnB chart, although did not make to the top on the mainstream pop charts until a great performance of the single on the 2014 Grammy Awards. The love ballad soared, pop songs fans at home were mesmerized, and the song soared high in digital sales.

"All of Me," was written by veteran composer Toby Gad and John Legend. The lyrics are comparatively standard love song. They show possible behavior challenges in a relationship, but all is insignificant because, "all of me love all of you." The smiles and nods of acknowledgement from many listeners were brought by the two most popular lines in the song, "Love your curves and all your edges, all your perfect imperfections," and "You're my downfall, you're my muse, my worst distraction, my rhythm and blues."

John Legend was able to make "All of ME" come to life with his beautiful voice and powerful performance. The singer pushes into upper vocal in a very effortless way. He played the piano during his performance in Grammy's. Strings are also used into the latter part of the song, although, it interrupts the subtle balance between piano and voice. The song's arrangement is more popular in the mainstream pop music. One thing that is good about John Legend, he injects power every time he performs, that has given him nine Grammy Awards since the release of his first album in 2004. Legend's other hits are "Ordinary People" and "You and I."
