"Better Call Saul" trailer release was adjudged the best of the week, as Bryan Cranston has been confirmed to direct an episode for the "Breaking Bad" spinoff.
Wired correspondent Jordan Crucchiola said that staff has watched two weeks-worth of trailer crops "so thick we could barely keep up with the harvest" but only provided a few gems, which include the "Better Call Saul" trailer.
The website said that the "Better Call Saul; trailer "isn't even long enough to max out an Instagram video, but it's enough to show us that James 'Jimmy' McGill-better known as Saul Goodman-is hanging out his shingle starting in 2015."
The website even added an essential quote from Saul as Jimmy McGill: "Lawyers. We're like health insurance. You hope you never need it, but man oh man, not having it? No!"
Meanwhile, Bryan Cranston said that he's not making any cameo in the "Breaking Bad" spinoff.
"I don't think that we're going to see any kind of rebirth of that show, or that character. I don't know in what context it would work in, because we're in different phases," he told The Daily Beast.
He said that Saul Goodman didn't meet with Bryan Cranston's Walter until the second season of "Breaking Bad."
"I suppose they could have a serendipitous brush off each other down the street or in the market, but I don't know what good that'll do - it's just a little cookie," the multi-awarded actor said.
But Bryan Cranston confirmed that he will be directing an episode of the "Breaking Bad" spinoff, adding that he will be working with the same crew, "and it's exciting to think that we can rekindle that flame; that it's still alive."
Created by Vince Gilligan, the "Breaking Bad" spinoff is set to air on AMC in February 2015.
