Action fans won't be disappointed when they watch "The Expendables 3" full movie, but the audience thinks the all-star cast has run its course.

"The Expendables 3" full movie doesn't disappoint when it comes to action scenes. There's plenty of mayhem to enjoy. Critical reviews think the movie is overcooked, though, banking on the reputation of its cast to keep the plot afloat.

Some reviews weren't forgiving. "Despite some ruthless new tactics, there's no saving 'The Expendables 3,' the overpopulated third outing of Sylvester Stallone's all-star action ensemble. Perhaps recognizing its own mortality, 'Expendables 3' goes for a kitchen-sink approach. There's the injection of AARP-eligible action stars like Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson and Harrison Ford into the already bursting-at-the-seams cast, as well the addition of some junior Expendables. Those extra bodies don't add any oomph to the stiff dialogue or predictable plot."

The relatively lackluster reviews are understandable, given the movie's inflated cast. Those who watch "The Expendables 3" full movie will recognize plenty of familiar faces.

The superstar power rarely helps the predictable plot, though, especially when lines are peppered with self-references to the actors' off-screen life. Even Brad Pitt and George Clooney pulled off this stunt with discretion in "Ocean's Eleven."

The New York Daily News comments the movie's novelty wears off once fans get past the cast's familiarity.

"The first 'Expendables' (2010) had a winking conceit and the right tone: Let's get the '80s action guys back together! But 'Expendables 3' actually is a junky '80s movie, like a face-lifted 'Delta Force.' Once you get past thinking "Oh, look who it is," there's nothing to enjoy. Memo to Kurt Russell and Kevin Costner: If Sly calls for the next one, just say no. Let him come for Rutger Hauer instead."

Watch "The Expendables 3" full movie and its revamped cast, already out in theaters.
