"Bad Boys 3" is now in development!

According to Variety.com, 1995 American action comedy movie "Bad Boys" starred by Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will be followed by new third sequel.

The original film was produced by Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer, producers of Top Gun and Beverly Hills Cop, and directed by Michael Bay,

And who confirmed the about Bad Boys 3 news? According to the same source, it was the actor of House Party, Martin Lawrence when he visited "Conan" on Wednesday night.

Host Conan O'Brien asked one of the protagonists of the 90's movie whether there was a possibility for the next sequel any time soon, Lawrence replied "I believe so, yes. I just talked to Jerry Bruckheimer yesterday and he said it's real; they're working on the script, they're getting close, and it all looks good."

The source has also reported that Jerry Bruckheimer was also helping for the development of script of the 3rd sequel last September. Follow up report for the Bad Boys 3 noted that one of the lead actors didn't confirm whether his co-star (Will Smith) would reprise his role and if the film will move forward. He only hinted that the actor was attached after O'Brien angled for a cameo in the pic.
