"Castle" season 7 spoilers are here!
The new season will be premiering in about a month on ABC, and details about season 7 just keep on coming.
As all "Castle" fans remember, season 6 ended with Castle's horrible accident. A mysterious vehicle was seen tailing his car as he was on his way to his wedding with Beckett.
The scene then cuts to Beckett witnessing Castle's car off the road and engulfed in fire.
In a teaser released by ABC, Beckett is seen at Castle's car crash site looking for his groom-to-be. But is surprised to see an empty car with no Castle on the driver's seat. Where is Castle?
Executive producer David Amman is said to be currently writing on the script for the first episode with Rob Bowman directing. And while there is no guarantee that episode 1 will immediately focus on the couple's "I do's," it will eventually happen in the next episodes.
Season 7 will also have a two-part premiere. As TVLine reported, "Castle will return with a two-parter, and to that end is casting the guest-starring role of 'Henry,' a "highly intelligent yet unassuming gent who's great at blending into a crowd."
Amman and show creator Andrew Marlowe have both promised a "well-deserved" season 7 and that it will start "with a bang."
"We have something planned that we're kind of excited about, and we hope that people come back and play along," Marlowe added.
"Castle" Season 7 will premiere on ABC on Sept. 29.
