"X-Men: Apocalypse" will be featuring Wolverine in his classic yellow costume. Wolverine has been part of the "X-Men" franchise since day one, but it is only in "X-Men: Apocalypse" that he will be first seen wearing his classic brightly colored costume.
As reported by Enstars, Wolverine's character, which has always been portrayed by Hugh Jackman, will be sporting a variety of his classic costume, as featured in the internationally famous comic book, in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse" blockbuster.
This particular costume has actually been hinted in the recent "X-Men" flicks. Plus, "The Wolverine" also showcased a deleted scene of the character opening up a case that contained this aforementioned costume. In this scene, Wolverine looks down in the case, stares at the yellow costume, and smiles.
Initially, this was only intended as a joke, since there was never any hint in any of the previous films that Wolverine will be wearing the classic yellows. However, it looks like these rumors have become a much serious tease.
An image of the said costume has been posted on Marvel's official Facebook page. This online post indicated that there is a huge possibility that the costume may appear in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse."
It was written on the page, "The Hugh Jackman Wolverine costume for 'X-Men: Apocalypse' has appeared online and it is based on his classic yellow and masked costume. The leaked Hugh Jackman Wolverine costume looks exactly like the one shown on a deleted scene of 'The Wolverine' movie and it gives reference to the classic yellow and masked costume of Wolverine in the comics and the animated series of the 90s."
Some fans believe that the bright yellow costume might look a bit ridiculous on the big screen. However, if "X-Men: Apocalypse" has plans of taking a chance at a classic Wolverine look, fans are more than glad to see what happens.
