Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For directed by Robert Rodriguez surely excites fans with its star-studded cast including the 'Born this Way' singer Lady Gaga! The artist known for her out-of-this-world costumes and bizarre facade has been pretty all out when it comes to her excitement on her participation in the classic movie as Bertha the waitress!
One of her recent Instagram posts reads:
"It's true! I'll be in Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For with my favorite scene partner Joseph Gordon-Levitt I love Rodriguez he really killed this one!"
As a sequel to Frank Miller's Sin City in 2005, all eyes are now on the different feel and theme of the upcoming film starring Jessica Alba, Ray Liotta, Juno Temple, Bruce Willis, and Eva Green.
But now that Lady Gaga is part of the cast, alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character Johnny, shall we take this as a career change for the singer who has been known for her out of this world costumes and daring image?
What others probably don't know about Lady Gaga is that she is an actress well; taking it from an episode of The Sopranos to last year's Machete Kills. And while we have seen enough of her bad girl side, her next album might give you a sophisticated image of the singer,
Come September, you will hear her jazz duets album with Tony Bennett. Sharing her excitement, Gaga told MTV "The collaboration has been so wonderful. It's so natural singing with Tony,"
"I just learn so much from him every day. I'm so happy" she added.
Bennett complimented this statement by sharing that Gaga is truly an impressed jazz singer. While some may question if this already implies a shift in genre, the 'Paparazzi' singer said that Jazz has always been one of her favorites.
"Since I was 13, I've been singing jazz and I sang "Orange Colored Sky" in this event that we did together to raise money for the impoverished people of New York City,"
"He heard me sing the song and he said 'I love it. You singing jazz. You want to do an album together?' And I said, 'Of course!' "
