Process: Dieters are advised to take 6-10 glasses of lemonade made of lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. Every morning, they should take a glass of salt water and at night a laxative tea. No solid food or any other drinks are allowed.

Dieters look forward to losing 10 pounds in only three days.
Duration: 3 days
Process:
Day 1 -only protein shakes.
Days 2 and 3 - fresh fruits (not dried, bottled or canned) must be eaten every 2 hours. Come dinner time, dieters have to eat a little lean meat paired with raw veggies that do not have starch, i.e., potatoes, cassava, etc. Exercise, cooked veggies, caffeine, majority of fats, sugars and other beverages save for water are not allowed.
