According to the "American Horror Story" season 4 spoilers by Digital Spy, Leslie Jordan who played Quentin Fleming in "Coven," is not going to join Ryan Murphy's latest opus, "Freak Show."
The 59-year-old actor reportedly joined the "Celebrity Big Brother." The reality show calls for its contestants to be holed out in the house, which makes it difficult for Leslie Jordan to film episodes for "American Horror Story: Freak Show."
Digital Spy also dished out more "American Horror Story" when it said that Ryan Murphy reportedly wrote a part specifically for Leslie Jordan. The "Glee" producer even allegedly wrote the actor a note that said: "I am a huge fan of yours Leslie, I understand the timing was off on this one, but I will always write you into future projects."
"American Horror Story" season 4 called "Freak Show" revolves around the story of Jessica Lange's character, a German expat who manages and operates a sideshow of unique individuals in Jupiter, Florida in the 1950s.
Meanwhile, TVLine teased more "American Horror Story" season 4 spoilers when it reported that musical legend Patti LaBelle will join the show as the mother of Gabourney Sibide's character. Patti LaBelle is the voice of such hits as "Lady Marmalade," "Stir It Up" and "New Attitude."
But this is not going to be a musical as this time Patti LaBelle will not be showing off her vocal chops, but she's going to play a local who "begins to unravel the murderous secrets of Twisty the clown killer." She will appear in four episodes.
Aside from Patti LaBelle, Hypable reported that another Patti was cast in "American Horror Story" season 4. Patti LaPone is the singer of "Meadowlark" and "I Got Lost In His Arms."
