Daniel Craig will be back to reprise his role as James Bond in the new movie "Bond 24."

However, the attention is still on who will be chosen to play opposite Craig as the new Bond girl. Several reports have already made their speculations on the casting process. But, the most recent rumors could be the most interesting as it involves two of the hottest models today.

Kate Upton and Cara Delevingne are both up for the much coveted role, and have already expressed their intent to play the Bond Girl role.

A source told The Mirror, "Cara hinted she would love to be involved, but the makers of Bond had already started considering her as somebody they would be interested in. Obviously she's striking, she's well known and she's establishing herself as a talented actress. There would be a real buzz about getting her involved and the signs are all good. Everybody is excited."

While Upton in another interview shared her views about the role, saying:

"It's a very prestigious title, and it would be a very cool role. I would need to go through some intense training to learn all the Bond Girl moves."

Meanwhile, "Bond 24" is slated for a November 2015 release. Delay in production caused the movie to be released a month later. Reports suggest that there have been a revision of some sort to the movie's story. The script has been reportedly rewritten to include some humor and wit.

Original writer John Logan has already written the script for "Bond 24." But, director Sam Mendes was not completely satisfied with it so he asked Neal Purvis and Robert Wade to do some necessary adjustments.

A source claims: "Purvis and Wade have been asked to 'punch up' the script and sprinkle in more gags, emphasising the witty repartee between Daniel Craig's 007 and Naomie Harris's Miss Moneypenny, and focusing on the interplay between Bond and Ralph Fiennes's M."

This latest development has pushed back the movie's filming from October to December. And it might follow that "Bond 24" will hit the big screens on a later 2015 date.

Fans are also awaiting who will be casted as the next Bond villain. Earlier reports have connected Kevin Spacey, Daniel Radcliffe and Ron Perlman to the role. But Spacey has already denied that he's been offered the role, while Radcliffe and Perlman have expressed their intent to play the Bond villain.

No official confirmation has been made about other cast members.
