Hollywood Life reported that Nizewitz was horrified and felt betrayed when she saw it. As it turned out, she was not the only one who noticed the editing mistake. Netizens saw it too, including her friends and granny, as Nizewitz divulged to the Post via US Magazine.

The mag site also shared that Nizewitz blames the indecent TV exposure for the sudden cancellation of her relationship. She said that her month-long beau has stopped contacting her after he watched the show.

The $10 million dollar lawsuit (info from Hollywood Life), which was read through Entertainment Weekly, stated that viewers subjected Nizewitz to humiliation by making fun of her after they saw the episode. The show's producers have assured her and the other contestants that only their bottoms would be visible on TV. Their other genitals would be blurred out.

Nizewitz filed the lawsuit against Viacom, the VH1 operator, and two other production firms. Its details included claims that unblurred photos of the scene involving Nizewitz were distributed in major social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr. Neither of the accused parties has issued any statement regarding this issue.
