Tiny G's Do Hee became known for her hilarious swearing in the drama "Reply 1994," but the idol-actress decides to leave this image behind once and for all.
During the filming of the August 26 broadcast of MBC's "Idol School," Do Hee held a 'swearing retirement ceremony' as she proclaimed, "From now on, I will not swear on a live broadcast anymore."
The MC said, "You entertained and gave the audience an enjoyable time through your swearing during live broadcasts last year," and presented Do Hee with a special certificate and letter representing the audience who like her rather unique talent.
Another MC expressed, "I'm sad that we can no longer see Do Hee swearing on broadcast," and requested that Do Hee swear for the last time.
Do Hee obliged and swore at the MC using her famous dialect, making everyone on set erupt with laughter.
The episode is scheduled to air on August 26.
Meanwhile, Do Hee will star in the highly anticipated Korean adaptation of "Nodame Cantabile" entitled "Tomorrow Cantabile." She will portray the role of Sakura Saku, a skilled cellist who will befriend Seol Nae Il (Shim Eun Kyung).
On being cast in the drama, Do He shared, "I am honored to be in this project, but I'm also feeling the immense pressure. It'll be the first time I act in a drama where I speak a standard Seoul dialect, and it's an adaptation so many people will be comparing us to the original."
"Tomorrow Cantabile" is set to premiere on October.
