Harry Styles has now starred in the most recent rumor that involves the internationally famous boy band One Direction splitting. Just hours after one of the members, specifically Niall Horan, has denied claims that the band has plans of disbanding, sources have now claimed that the popular group is, yet again, in the brink of separating.
Simon Cowell has just recently hinted that the band might consider parting ways by next year. However, just this morning, Horan denied all rumors that talked about One Direction separating. Moreover, he insisted that their boss, Cowell, was terribly misquoted or was just plainly misunderstood by reporters.
Still, despite Horan's blatant denial, the rumors have not died down. An insider informed Heat Magazine that Harry Styles has actually been disagreeing with most of his co-members with regards to the musical direction that the band will be taking in their next album.
The fourth record of One Direction has been due to come out later this year, and fans just cannot wait to get their hands on the latest One Direction hit. As they have promised, this upcoming album will be boasting of more self-penned tracks from the British boy band.
According to the sources, Harry Styles apparently want to put in more rock-vibed hits into the album, while Horan, and most likely the rest of the band, wants to stay true to their pop roots.
The insider shared, "Harry clashes with the boys all the time about musical direction - especially Niall, who thinks he'll alienate fans with his plan to move away from pop. It's turning into a real power struggle, but Harry's so stubborn."
In fact, just last week, it has been rumored that the band has insisted to stay in separate hotels for their current Where We Are tour. Further reports have mentioned that Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik have now started to get particularly irritated with Harry Styles and his antics, and have even refused to travel or spend time with him as much as possible.
