After his jaw-dropping transformation, Chris Pratt shirtless photos are definitely a sight to behold.

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star has trained rigorously for his new Marvel movie role. In just 6 months the once flabby actor transformed to a stud by losing 60 pounds.

Chris Pratt's shirtless transformation, and his equally awesome talent in acting has catapulted him to stardom. Chris has been known to play the goofy character in his previous movies, and while he has already had quite a following, nobody expected his post "Guardians of the Galaxy" fame.

What was his routine? Did he have a secret work-out?

In his interview with Kaleem Aftab of The New Zealand Herald, Chris shared the secret exercise he loved doing.

"I've been doing hot yoga. I love it," he explains. "You go in smelling like whisky and then it sweats off. It's the hardest thing for my body to do. That's why I've been doing it, I want to do the things that I suck at most and get better."

When asked about his work-out discipline, Chris replied with: "No. No ... You have to do what you can."

"If I was playing James Bond, I would learn how to do a British accent ... Of all the preparation I did, you prep your voice, you prep your soul and you prep your body, and I focused most of my preparation on my body."

Men's Fitness, has previously published Chris before and after GOTG workout plan. As his personal trainer Duffy Gaver shared, Chris is just a beast when it comes to his workout routines.

"Chris' athleticism is amazing, he is incredibly disciplined and his work ethic is phenomenal." Duffy said.

"He isn't the client you have to push; He is the type of client you have to pull down."
