Justin Bieber is now starting fights at Dave & Busters and it's quite sad.

The "Boyfriend" singer went to a Los Angeles Dave & Busters with on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, when a fan reportedly attempted to take some pictures or video of the date, according to Uproxx.

When Justin Bieber saw that his date with Selena Gomez was about to be ruined, the singer decided to go the extra step and stop the fan. The 20-year-old reportedly lunged himself at the fan while being restrained by his bodyguard.

Although Bieber didn't make direct contact, the guy involved is still pressing charges, according to TMZ.

"Our law enforcement sources say the fan wants to press charges and Justin is being investigated. . . and the possible crimes are attempted battery, attempted theft [stealing pics] and attempted robbery [grabbing the camera in an attempt to permanently deprive the fan of the pics and video]," wrote the entertainment website.

The media outlet added, "Justin could be in big trouble, because he's on probation in the egging case and violating the law could trigger a probation violation which could land him in jail."

Even though Bieber might be happy now that he's in the loving arms of Selena Gomez once again, the troubled star will be saddened to know that SNL's Bill Hader isn't the biggest fan of the "Baby" singer.

"I really didn't enjoy having Justin Bieber around. He's the only one who lived up to the reputation. I think that's the only time I felt that way in eight years," Hader stated via The New York Post, according to Entertainment Tonight.
