‘History Of The Salaryman’ Jung Ryeo Won Satisfied With Grasshopper Character

Jung Ryeo Won, playing Baek Yeo Chi of the number one rank among Monday-Tuesday dramas 'History of the Salaryman,' stated, "Compared to my acting from the beginning of the drama, I'm much more at ease now. Yeo Chi resembled me in many aspects but there were times when I thought, 'Huh? What is this?'"

Continuing, "But now I'm very happy with Yeo Chi's character especially because of the great help from my senior Lee Bum Soo."

The episode on the 27th displays Jung Ryeo Won in a drunken state, with audiences interested in her incredibly real interpretation of drunkenness as she adlibs, "Yeo Chi drunk, hangover (Yeo Chi man chwee, sook chwee)," bringing the drama staff to laughter.

With five episodes remaining, Jung Ryeo Won expressed, "I've learned so much from 'Salaryman' and I'll continue to use the things I've learned until the end. I think that when the drama ends, my feelings will persist."

'History of the Salaryman' captured first place for its 17th episode according to AGB Nielsen Media Research at an 18.8% viewer rating while MBC's 'Light and Shadow' recorded at 15.7% and KBS2 TV's 'Dream High 2' at 7.3%.
