The Lumia 830's release date, specs, and rumors suggest it'll launch just in time for Apple's iPhone 6.

The Lumia 830 release date, specs, rumors hint of an upper mid-range device, with enough features to satisfy heavy use. The Microsoft Nokia phone is expected to unveil on September 4 at the Berlin IFA, the same event where the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is supposed to be introduced.

The Lumia 830 should be released soon after the IFA event, marketed with reasonable features at an affordable price. There are leaked images of the phone which offer previews of its features, though.

Windows Phone Central reveals photos of the Lumia 830 carrying the Microsoft sticker and brand. By the looks of it, the unit will come out with either a 4.5-inch or 4.7-inch display, with a resolution of either 720por 1080p.

The leaked photos show the Lumia 830 with the model number RM-985, with a dimension of 39.4 mm x 70.7 mm x 8.5 mm. The Lumia 830's release date, specs, and rumors are yet to be confirmed, though soon enough, when it unveils at the IFA.

Some of the features of the new Microsoft-Nokia device include a dedicated snapshot camera button, LTE/ 4G capability, a navigation bar (hardware, capacitive), detachable back casing, and a replaceable battery. Pretty staple fare for now, with additional specs to be confirmed.

Notable with the Lumia 830 leak is camera housing similar to the Lumia 1020, which could suggest (or not) that the new device will follow through with the PureView camera feature.

The Lumia 830 will likely be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 or 801 processor.
