Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao has been working hard these past few months, preparing for fights after fights. Now, Pacman, who is currently in San Francisco, is once again on the road to promote his latest fight on Nov. 22 fight for the WBO welterweight title to be held In Macau, China. Pacman is off to face Chris Algieri laying his title on the open.

During the promotional tour, a lot of reporters where asking about Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the possibility of them facing off. Both Pacman and Mayweather has been over and done answering question about each other. It can be remembered that during a phone interview with Yahoo Sports, Pacquiao jokingly referred to Mayweather as "The one we don't mention."Quite the cliché.

But aside from that, Pacquiao also had some juicy news that he shared with regards to his career as a boxing athlete. According to him, if he successfully win past Algieri, he will consider lowering his weight and returning to his former division of 140 04 135 pounds.

Pacquiao reasoned that he has stayed at the 147 pound division because the big names in boxing are there and he also hoped to fight Mayweather in the process. But it seemed like that fight with the latter will never happen according to insiders, so that is when he decides to open the windows in going back to his former weight.

Pacquiao said "I could make either weight, 135 or 140, easily. It would be easy for me. I am at 147 because that's where the action is in terms of the opponent, but it wouldn't be hard."

Pacquiao has weighed 147, 147, 145 and 145, respectively, in his last four outings. He hasn't been below 145 since his Nov. 12, 2011 victory in Las Vegas over Juan Manuel Marquez when he weighed in at 143.

According to his coach, Freddie Roach "Manny hasn't really carried his power up with him to 147, but he is a very big puncher at 140. It's a much better weight for him, to be honest with you. He would hurt guys at 140."

But for now, Pacquiao is focusing on his fight against Algieri and will decide on the issue once the fight commence.
