At this early, viewers are already excited to know that "Finding Carter" Season 2 premiere date is scheduled on January 2015.

With the show being the number one cable series among the 12 to 34 year olds, MTV has already announced its second coming - with 12 episodes to look forward to. According to Susanne Daniels, President of MTV Programming, "The creative minds behind "Finding Carter" did an exceptional job bringing this story to life and drawing our audience in."

This is so true. Most teenage viewers admitted to not having the intention to watch the show as they are engrossed in another teen series but when they got the chance to watch it, they have learned to love it. They said in unison, "The show is surprisingly good."

Who can be happier with "Finding Carter" Season 2 now having premiere date than the lead - Kathryn Prescott? She will love to work with the cast again. She previously said in an exclusive interview with SpoilerTV, "It's been great - really, really. I've never worked on a show where I've gotten on so much with everyone. Not even just the cast. The producers, the directors, the cast... everyone! Every single person is really nice. There are also a lot of women - which was not done on purpose, but just happens to be."

"Finding Carter", a coming-of-age drama, focuses on the story of a teenager named Carter. She discovers at 16 years old that the woman she thought to be her mother had abducted her when she was still a three-year-old child. Emily Silver creates the series. Terri Minsky, Maria Grasso, Deborah Spera, and Alexander Motlagh are the executive producers.

"Finding Carter" is set in a fictitious Virginia town. Season 1 was shot in the spring until early summer. The scenes are supposed to be during late fall so doing them outdoors is a challenge. With season 2, it's from winter to spring so the production does not expect similar issues to crop up.

With the first season ending on Sept. 16, viewers can't wait for the "Finding Carter" Season 2 premiere date.
