Ronda Rousey's next fight has welcomed a new would-be challenger. Meanwhile, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has reportedly expressed interest in working with the reigning UFC women's bantamweight champion

Ronda Rousey's next fight has yet to be scheduled and an opponent has yet to be named, but "Rowdy" has recently expressed her interest in being a part of the UFC 182 card on January 3rd, headlined by light heavyweights Jon "Bones" Jones and Daniel "DC" Cormier.

"I would love to fight with Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier, I would love to be on the card with them," Rousey said in an exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow this past weekend in Macau, China.

While no opponent has been named as of this posting for Ronda Rousey's next fight, a new challenger has emerged. Brazilian Bethe "Pitbull" Correia, who currently holds an immaculate record of 8-0, has voiced out her intent to face "Rowdy" through an interview with MMA Fighting.

"I think I deserve a title shot," Corriea confidently declared. "I will be 3-0 in the UFC with another win. That's my dream and that's what I'm fighting for. Let them decide. If they think I deserve it, I will honor this chance and do a great show."

"Pitbull", who defeated one of Rousey's stablemates, Jessamyn Duke at UFC 172, believes that what makes her stand out from all of the other challengers is her sheer confidence that she can emerge victorious against the reigning 135-pound champion.

"Everything I do, I do with confidence," Correia added. "I'm not saying I'm better than anyone. She can be more technical than me, but it doesn't make me feel less confident in myself. I 100 percent believe in everything I do."

Meanwhile, the WWE is reportedly eyeing on possibly working with Ronda Rousey in the future. In an article written by veteran journalist Dave Meltzer which was reported by Bleacher Report, the said intention came about after "Rowdy" attended the "Summerslam" event the past week.

"From what I was told as far as WWE went, there were people in WWE who had talked about a Four Horsewomen thing at SummerSlam, but the ideas fell on deaf ears because the key people in WWE now know nothing about UFC, even though several of the wrestlers are huge fans and Natalya has trained with them," Meltzer wrote.

"But now everyone knows them, and Stephanie, in particular, was talking them up and the feeling is Rousey will get an offer to do something," he added.
