When Angelina Jolie married long-time partner Brad Pitt last Saturday in a private ceremony, people were left pleasantly surprised and entirely curious.

What most women would like to know, however, is what the 'Maleficent' star wore while walking down the aisle.

According to E! News, a source confirmed that the Oscar winner indeed followed tradition! She wore a "comfortable but plain white floor-length antique lace and silk." She also "had a veil."

The insider also noted that the dress was "very traditional, but very Angie."

Jolie was apparently so beautiful that day that when her new husband lifted the veil, he "gasped because she looked so stunning."

Following the traditional route, Jolie also wore something borrowed and something old-a gold locket that reportedly once belonged to her mother. It also had a photo of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, inside of it.

Angelina Jolie married Brad Pitt in front of their six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne as well as their closest family members and friends. The kids, following Jolie's previous statement of having the kids fully invested in the planning the wedding, were all part of the ceremony.

Maddox and Pax accompanied their mother as she walked down the aisle. Zahara and Vivienne showered her path with petals, while Shiloh and Knox held onto their parents wedding rings.

The said rings were created by a good friend, Robert Procop. The designer's representative confirmed that he indeed designed Mr. and Mrs. Pitt's wedding bands.

Pitt flashed his golden band for the first time on the set of 'Fury' last Thursday. It also marks his first appearance in public since the nuptials.

Pitt previously told E! News that he, at first, was pressured by their kids to marry Jolie but soon realized, "how much it also means to us" after getting engaged. They were together for seven years before finally tying the knot.

The couple's representative confirmed that Angelina Jolie married Brad Pitt during a wedding ceremony at Château Miraval in Correns, France last Sunday.
