The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 7 is coming soon, but news about its cast has already sparked the interests of netizens.

New episodes started filming this summer. Previous seasons' mainstays Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and NeNe Leakes are all set to come back next season for more drama.

However, new reports claim that Phaedra Parks already divorced her hubby, Apollo Nida, last month. Many didn't see it as a surprise since Parks was nowhere to be found during Nida's prison sentencing.

And while some "Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 7 reports say that Nida was still seen filming some episodes for the new season, majority of the rumors going around suggest that the two have finally split up.

One of the reasons cited for the divorce was Parks' unwillingness to shoulder a costly marriage once Nida finally goes behind bars.

As Celeb Dirty Laundry puts it, "It's not like she can afford paying all of Apollo's debts, which will add up to roughly $100,000 a year. That's not to mention that she would be sharing the liability of his fraud charges, for which he stole the identifies of 50+ people, laundered millions of dollars, and created several fake companies."

No confirmation has been made by either Parks or Nida about the allegations. However, Media Take Out has already reported that Parks did file for divorce in a Fulton County courthouse, citing a lot of issues as the culprit of their separation.

"Phaedra and Apollo had their issues, even before he got caught up [in his legal drama]. Phaedra is a good and loving woman and she tried to stand by him, honor, and hold him down," a source said.

The insider continued to say that Parks just can't stand Nida's "blatant disrespect for their marriage."
