Royal Pains fans were caught by surprise, during behind the scenes, Boris move to purchase Hamptons Heritage and invited the whole HankMed Team to sit on the board of directors.
In the last season's finale, this was a twist that they initially planned. It did not quite like the proper time for it, but they just really loved the idea. The executive producer and co-creator Andrew Lenchewski said, they loves the satisfying payoff for Hank and Boris, after what they have gone through together, and they also loved that it could really stage new great things for them at the Helm of Hamptons Heritage.
The final season will also feature Hank-Charlotte's love story, different medical issues and romance. The season 7 will definitely tell more stories about Hank and Charlotte, but will leave a few questions unanswered.
However, what does this imply for the HankMed teams as everybody recognized Boris's offer aside from Hank played by Mark Feuerstein. Will Hank be capable to solve this tarnished relationship with Emma, played by Willa Fitzgerald regardless of her loss? Could Charlotte played by Gillian Alexy, be his new and one love?
