"Orange is the New Black" season 3 spoilers promise a mix of tragedy and comedy, according to Laverne Cox, as Lolly returns in a guest role.

Laverne Cox (Sophia Burset) dished out "Orange is the New Black" season 3 spoilers to MTV as she said that they are already started production on the first week of June and will be done filming by the end of 2014.

As to what fans should expect going into the season, she said: "I think more of [what we saw in season two], but what our show does so well is has a balance between the very serious and the comedic. If you just exist in tragedy all the time, it's not so fun.

"I think human beings, to deal with a lot of tragedy, find ways to laugh about it. Find ways to be irreverent and keep their humanity in the face of really inhumane circumstances," the 30-year-old actress, who was nominated for the Emmys for Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series, added.

In another interview with Essense mag, Laverne Cox has weighed in on how women are now being portrayed on television.

"People are watching television in a different way. I've been acting for a very long time and not getting very far, and I would say we needed some sort of systemic revolutionary change for me to have an acting career," she said.

Meanwhile, the E! News revealed more "Orange is the New Black" season 3 spoilers when it reported that Lori Petty ("A League of their Own") will make another appearance as Lolly who was last seen in season 2 of the series.

The last time fans saw Lolly, she made friends with Piper, played by Taylor Schilling, during a flight from NY to Chicago.
