Blake Lively news reveal that Ryan Reynold's wife finally addressed the feud rumors pitting her against "Gossip Girl" co-star Leighton Meester. According to Celebuzz, a fan asked about it on the Twitter page of her lifestyle brand "Preserve", and the actress took the opportunity to finally set the record straight.
On a Labor Day food picture posted by the actress in the "Preserve" Twitter page, a fan posted a seemingly off-topic question: "It is true that you and Leighton Meester hate each other?"
Blake Lively and Leighton Meester starred as Upper East Side BFFs Serena Van Der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf respectively in the hit teen series "Gossip Girl". The show ran from 2007 until 2012 and was continuously slammed by rumors that its two lead actresses were feuding.
Both celebrities never addressed the issue, so "Gossip Girl" fans were most likely surprised when Blake Lively finally said something about it, as posted in the "Preserve" Twitter page.
The blond stunner simply said about the said Blake Lively news: "Oh boy. The press always tries to pit women against each other."
"Don't fall for it. We should be celebrating women's bonds," Blake Lively said.
Almost two years after "Gossip Girl" ended, Blake Lively news said she has kept herself busy with her new role as lifestyle entrepreneur. The wife of actor Ryan Reynolds believes she can both be an actress and head of a lifestyle company called "Preserve".
According to a report from E!Online, "Preserve" is part magazine with articles, recipes and fashion spreads. "Preserve" is also part e-commerce with Blake Lively's selection of products for sale that includes clothing, jewelry, food, and cooking equipment.
"It was a very natural transition for me," said the actress about the Blake Lively lifestyle website "Preserve". "Everything that Preserve is - it is everything that I grew up around in a big way."
Aside from being an actress, lifestyle guru, and wife, the former "Gossip Girl" star is also looking at another new role as she expresses her intent to be a mother. In the September issue of Marie Claire, Blake Lively said: "If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would," saying she wants to have 30 children.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds co-starred in the movie "Green Lantern". They wed in 2012 in a secret ceremony in South Carolina.
