Children (and kids at heart) have something to watch out for as SpongeBob Squarepants 2 premiere date has been set Feb. 6, 2015.
The long wait for "The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water" is over because after the first SpongeBob movie was shown in 2004 the sequel will be seen finally. But moviegoers will not see SpongeBob and the other characters in Bikini Bottom alone. As the title of the movie suggests, they will go out of water to save their habitat.
In an exclusive interview by USA Today, Tom Kenny, who's the voice behind SpongeBob, said, "It's a bold new world where no Sponge has gone before. I'm still getting used to it. You've seen someone in a certain way for so long... It's just really different."
Director Paul Tibbitt shared that "It's the big climax of the movie. They all come to shore in our world and they transform themselves into an Avengers-type team to do battle."
The plot is as worth knowing as SpongeBob Squarepants 2 premiere date: SpongeBob and his friends will travel from Bikini Bottom to the land to search for Burger Beard, played by Antonio Banderas. He stole the Krabby Patty formula, which turns out to be the missing final page of a book he needs to make his evil plan work out. SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy, Plankton, and Mr. Krabs become superheroes to do their mission: Get the recipe back and save Bikini Bottom.
On Feb. 6, 2015, SpongeBob Squarepants 2 premiere date, fans will be out in theaters to see SpongeBob and his friends in a 3D movie. The first Spongebob movie grossed more than $140 million worldwide, proving that fans and critics alike appreciated the flick. Screenrant said that it "only cemented SpongeBob's claim as Nickelodeon's reigning 'toon".
