In news that is sure to send millions of Beliebers into a frenzy, it has been announced that their pop star idol will be coming out with a new album. This around it will not be a solo enterprise for the 20-year old singer, it will actually be a collaboration. Specifically, a Justin Bieber, Cody Simpson duet album.
The full length Justin Bieber Cody Simpson duet album will be composed of, as Simpson describes it a "smack bang" of duets. It turns out that the two had been writing songs together as early as several months ago. It could very well be that Justin Bieber will be the key to a revival of Cody Simpson's career, after Justin happened to hear several music clips from Cody on the latter's Instagram account.
According to Simpson, nothing was guaranteed during the first time the two pop stars met. In an interview with Tribute, "We went in and ended up being in the studio till six in the morning," Simpson said. "[We] came out with a song, went in the next night and then ended up writing like 12 songs in seven days, working all night."
For those not in the know yet, Cody Simpson is a 17-year old pop singer from the Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia and started out as a champion swimmer. He rose to fame with is debut single "iYiYi" which featured rapper Flo Rida. After his success, Cody Simpson and his family moved to Los Angeles California, to be able to concentrate on his music career under Atlantic Records.
Although Justin Bieber has worked with various artists before on singles, this is the first time that the singer will embark on a full-on collaborative album such as this upcoming Justin Bieber Cody Simpson duet album.
Justin Bieber's last solo album "Believe," was released two years ago and fans are sure to be excited about this thrilling new team up.
