Roy Jones Jr.'s next fight has been given a schedule, as the four-division champion aims for one last world title before he hangs up the gloves for good.

Roy Jones Jr.'s next fight will be slated for September 26th in Krasnodar, Russia against Egyptian cruiserweight Hany Atiyo. It will be Jones' second time in two months, the first one being in July in Latvia against British journeyman Courtney Fry.

"Captain Hook" won the fight via fifth round TKO, making it his fourth victory in the last three years, and retaining the WBU Cruiserweight title.

Roy Jones' next fight will be the veteran boxer's 67th professional ring appearance. But for the 45-year old future Hall-of-Famer, the consecutive fights he had been taking is helping him maintain his top form.

"The good thing about fighting twice back-to-back is it makes me stay in shape," Jones said in an interview with ESPN.com. "My body feels a lot better now than that it has in a long time. Being active is important and by being active, I make sure I am in the best shape."

It has been a while since Roy Jones Jr. last fought in boxing's mainstream stage. His last fight in Las Vegas, which is considered as "the mecca of boxing", was in 2010, a rematch against fellow veteran Bernard Hopkins. Unfortunately, Jones lost the fight via unanimous decision.

Since then, he has been fighting around the European region and Russia. Jones later admitted that competing in such places actually helps him in keeping active.

"They asked me would I come back and do it again and we made a deal," Jones continued. "I'm happy to go Russia. I have a lot of fans there and this is another tune-up to keep me active."

The four-division champion, however, also revealed that he eyes to bag one more world title before finally calling it quits. His desired match-up would be against WBC cruiserweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk.

"I want a shot at Wlodarczyk and then I'm done," Jones said. "After I knock him out, I'm done. If I lost that would definitely be it, but I ain't gonna lose."
