One of the most talked about movies online is "Fast and Furious 7" because of its online presence and we can all thank Vin Diesel for that. Just recently, the 47-year old actor revealed his extreme workout by posting a photo of himself holding on to two elastic ropes. We all know that TRX suspension training is one of the most difficult workouts to do, but it will surely keep your body fit and strong.
A few days before the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star posted that photo, he revealed another extreme workout. Diesel posted a photo of himself holding a vertical pole and hanging sideways. Fans got a glimpse of the training that the actor had to go through just to give justice to his role in "Fast and Furious 7."
Based on the images, we can expect a lot of daring stunts and high-octane action scenes in the seventh installment of "Fast and Furious". The Epoch Times reported a few months ago that Vin Diesel is training for the best fight scene in the franchise's history.
The actor posted a photo of himself and Jason Statham on his Facebook page and wrote "Hats off to Jason for going above and beyond..." He also wrote, "SEVEN will be EPIC!!!" and added "P.s. Making Pablo proud." He calls the late Paul Walker by that name.
During an interview with EW.com, the English actor expressed how excited he was to be included in "Fast and Furious 7". Statham said, "There's nothin' better than that car stuff. I've never seen anything to compare to it. And Vin [Diesel] is terrific. Everybody in it is just terrific. They're a great little crew. I know Tyrese. I know Paul Walker. I've met all of them, and they're all really cool. I'm really excited to be involved with it... I'm just not gonna tell ya what I'm gonna do."
