Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting divorce rumors resurfaced following the latest report by a magazine about the couple allegedly fighting non-stop which would eventually end in a break up.

The Life & Style first broke the Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting divorce rumors which have been picked up by several tabloids and online gossip sites.

The magazine alleged that the highly paid actress and her pro tennis player husband have been getting into "these knockout, drag-out fights" in just eight months after their wedding. The fights have gotten out of hand that they already spilled over into the public arena.

Accordingly, the magazine said that the couple fought at the after-party hosted by HBO during the Emmy night.

Unmindful that they would be seen, both Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting were allegedly very angry at each other and the actress was about to cry.

"Kaley - who'd been drinking rosé - whispered 'Please don't leave me' to Ryan, then got up to go to the bathroom. After she walked away, Ryan put his finger to his head and pretended to shoot himself. Twice," an eyewitness reported to Life & Style.

This is not the first time that the Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting divorce rumors have been reported in the tabloids. Last June, Star magazine claimed that the couple had a shouting match during an engagement party for a friend.

Allegedly, the actress didn't want to be at the party and when the athlete tried to comfort her, she became very angry.

"She snapped back and told him where to go. She didn't know many people at the party and felt like he was being irresponsible not looking after her. "[T]his is a ridiculous attempt by tabloids to grab a headline and is not at all based in reality," the rep told Perez Hilton.
