"Allegiant" movie has fans of the "Divergent" trilogy on their toes. Despite the second installment to the trilogy, "Insurgent," not out on the big screens yet, fans have reportedly been itching to learn more about the book-to-movie adaptation's third movie.
"Insurgent," the second movie, has already been scheduled for an official release on the 30th of March of 2015. Moreover, according to multiple online reports, it will be featuring today's young rising stars, such as Shailene Woodley and Theo James, in some high-risk stunts.
Woodley, who plays the role of Tris Prior, and James, who plays the role of Tobias Eaton, who is also known as Four in this three-movie young adult franchise, will be involved in some action-packed stunts. As reported, some of the stunts will be making use of zip lines, perhaps from the tops of the skyscrapers in the blockbuster's post-apocalyptic setting. Fans are now doubly excited to watch it in the hopes of seeing only very limited use of CGI.
Additionally, it has also come to the attention of the franchise's fans that "Allegiant," which is the third and final installment in this three-movie big-budget deal, is going to be split into two parts. Lionsgate, the producer of the film series, has actually stated that the third movie, "Allegiant," would be best adapted if it was divided into two "strong and fulfilling" films.
Plus, fans will be happy to know that the two parts of "Allegiant" have also been given a release date. The Part 1 of "Allegiant" will be showing on the 18th of March of 2016, while the Part 2 will be premiering on the big screens just one year later, specifically on the 24th of March of 2017.
At present, the production stages for the second movie, "Insurgent," is already in full swing.
