"Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Jamie Dornan claimed that movie based on the erotic book is not going to be "hardcore," as E.L. James novel has inspired a lingerie line.
While fans of the book might be expecting the sex and BDSM scenes to translate into the screen, "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Jamie Dornan said that they would be disappointed.
In an interview with GQ magazine as published on Yahoo Movies UK, he said that the film will "break a few boundaries." However, the producers want to make as much money as they want and that means expanding the movie audience.
"They can't alienate an audience. You know it has to be watchable. It can't be hardcore. I wouldn't have signed up to it if it was," he said. "You've got to make something a large amount of people can go and see. It's not going to be grotesque."
"Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Jamie Dornan only confirmed the earlier interview made by Eloise Mumford with E! News that there won't be any gratuitous sex scenes in the film.
"I knew right away it would be tasteful and artistic. And the cinematographer is Seamus McGarvey. He did Anna Karenina. It's going to be beautiful," she said. "In the end, the story really is a romance and a love story so it's about that more than anything," "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Eloise Mumford said.
Meanwhile, MailOnline reported that the "Fifty Shades of Movie" film has inspired a lingerie line that was launched by Tesco.
The lingerie line, which comprises 35 pieces for women and eight for men, is part of the F&F clothing range by the supermarket chain.
"For die-hard fans, the 'Shades of Grey' long PJ set with the official logo make a must-have collector's item," the British tabloid said.
