In an interview with Variety, Fizziology creator Ben Carlson explained, "John Green did an amazing job bringing fans of the book through the process of making the film and ultimately releasing the film. The film itself was so well received and anticipated by an audience that tends to be pretty noisy on social media."

For those who haven't seen "The Fault in our Stars" full movie, here is a short synopsis as seen on Google:

"Hazel and Gus are two extraordinary teenagers who share an acerbic wit, a disdain for the conventional, and a love that sweeps them - and us - on an unforgettable journey. Their relationship is all the more miraculous, given that they met and fell in love at a cancer support group."

Meanwhile, online publication The Shorthorn, interviewed select students who held the YA novel to such a high regard. One student interviewed was Journalism senior Chase Williams. Here's what he had to say:

"It's an interesting story, because you never really think about kids getting cancer. That's something I never thought about, but reading this book, it's kind of interesting to see how you grow up being a regular kid, then dealing with cancer."

Williams added that the movie adaptation was spot-on and that producers did a good job in casting the right actors.

Another student, English junior Danah Fakhreddine, also thought the cast was excellent.

"The actors, the characters, they looked exactly how I imagined them in the book," she said. "I was really shocked. Their descriptions in the book, they really chose the right actors to represent them."
