After Jillian Michaels left the show, The Biggest Loser's new trainers have been line up for 2014.
People reported that new trainers Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Widerstrom will be on the show, in addition to Dolvett Quince.
The Biggest Loser's new trainers for 2014, Pavelka and Widerstrom, have always emphasized the value of dedication in their careers.
Pavelka had this to say about dedication, according to People:
"I tell my team to 'Take the body and the mind will follow,'
"I tell them to commit to five minutes - that's it - and then the mind will catch up with that."
On the other hand, Widerstrom's comments about staying dedicated are the following, as stated also in an article in People:
"I say, 'Get uncomfortable,' a lot," says Widerstrom. "What I use the workouts to do and hard conversations to do is to 'get uncomfortable,' shaking things out and find out that as uncomfortable as that may feel, you're actually okay."
Pavelka said she gives importance on health above everything else, in her quest to help people lose weight:
"I think weight loss is a side effect of doing it right, feeling good, and falling in love with the feeling of exercise."
"I have to give Jessie credit for this quote, but 'weight loss is not the answer to obesity,'"
"It basically says we can treat all the symptoms - we can work out, we can eat better - but unless we find out what's going on with you, then we're not really going to go very far."
New contestants for the reality show will sure have a lot to learn from The Biggest Loser's new trainers for 2014!
