"The Boy Next Door" trailer features Jennifer Lopez as one hot teacher who got involved in a dangerously sticky mess with a gorgeous high-school-age dude played by Ryan Guzman.

According to Time, "The Boy Next Door" trailer shows Jennifer in a situation that could have beset any of the characters in "The Desperate Housewives" drama series. In the clip, Jennifer Lopez portrays the role of a suburban wife with a teaching career who gets into trouble with her hunky teenage neighbor.

As with most wives who have been married for quite a while, Jennifer has somehow lost track of her sexual and personal needs. She was this dutiful woman who lives a predictable but harmonious life, balancing her duties as wife and mother with her career as a teacher.

"The Boy Next Door" trailer shows Jennifer Lopez running into Ryan Guzman when he helped her with opening her garage door. Oozing with sex appeal with a mysterious nature to boot, the young man immediately captured her fancy. However, being the dutiful wife that she is, she did not make any advances.

But it was totally different for the boy who is obviously smitten by her beauty right from the start. His persistence and her neglected sexual needs and attraction for him made for a deadly combination of emotions that exploded in a day of passionate lovemaking.

Jennifer could have easily moved on with her pleasant, albeit predictable life, after the tryst, but Ryan got in her way. The gorgeous young dude turned out to be a wacko who got obsessed with her and threatened to destroy her entire life, including her career and family, if she ever dares to leave him.

The thriller puts Jennifer Lopez in a most desirable light, as E online expressed that this is how they wanted to see her. The thriller pits Jennifer against Ryan as she struggles hard to save her whole world from falling apart.

The passionate but dangerous romantic thriller hits the big screen on January 23, 2015, reported Time.
