Martha Stewart Gywneth Paltrow Feud: Lifestyle Guru Starts Fight With ‘Iron Man’ Star? Stewart Thinks Paltrow Is ‘Trying To Be Martha Stewart’

Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website goop is certainly a divisive topic, with some being ardent followers, while some ridiculing the site as elitist and the actress being out of touch with the reality of most people's lives because the prices of the products and recommendations are for only the extremely wealthy. Blake Lively's recent website venture was compared as well to Gwyneth's goop, and it has earned similar mockery.

Now the original lifestyle guru herself has spoken up about her own thoughts on these two actresses who seem to be following in her footsteps. And based on her comments, it seems as if we are seeing a brewing Martha Stewart Gwyneth Paltrow feud.

In an interview with Net-a-Porter's Porter magazine Stewart was asked about Gwyneth Paltrow. The response of Stewart was surprisingly straight to the point and scathing.

"She just needs to be quiet. She's a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart."

But if the lifestyle guru is quite hard on the Iron Man actress, she is more kindly in a way to Blake Lively and her lifestyle website Preserve. Maybe this is because the Gossip Girl star actually asked Stewart for her advice on her own venture. Instead of Stewart herself giving the candid opinion, it was Stewart's right hand man, vice president Kevin Sharkey who gave his take. "I don't get the sense she's credible," Sharkey reveals. "She's enthusiastic, but she's not credible."

Aside from starting what could be the Martha Stewart Gwyneth Paltrow feud for her statements, even TV shows did not escape the TV host's critical eye. She also weighed in on the popular Netflix series Orange Is The New Black, basing her opinions this time on her own time spent in jail for insider trading. "They could have done that so much better. That girl [Taylor Schilling] is not good enough, the lead actress. I met the real Piper [Kerman]. She was in prison either the same time or after me, and I talked to her about it." For Martha, the depiction of life in prison for female inmates should be treated in a more serious tone.

Stewart has been known to dish her views on several topics freely, so it isn't surprising that these views are coming out now. Stay tuned for Gwyneth's reaction on the brewing Martha Stewart Gwyneth Paltrow feud.
