According to Woman's Day, "Avatar" actor Sam Worthington's girlfriend Lara Bingle's pregnancy was already announced to her friends and family.

"As she revealed a fuller figure at New York Fashion Week recently, she has confirmed to her family and friends that she is in the early stages of her pregnancy," the site said, adding that the model wasn't exactly doing anything to hide the baby bump even if she hasn't really announced the good news for the world to hear.

The source told the website that the couple is very excited upon hearing that "Avatar" actor Sam Worthington's girlfriend Lara Bingle is pregnant.

"All her friends are talking about it, and Sam and Lara couldn't be happier," an insider said.

Lara Bingle is also very proud of her new body as she even sunbathed topless during a quick getaway at Sam Worthington's house in Hawaii in August.

Meanwhile, the good news about "Avatar" actor Sam Worthington's girlfriend Lara Bingle's pregnancy is blighted by the lawsuit filed by a paparazzo who claimed that the "Terminator" star and his girlfriend assaulted him in New York earlier this year, said TMZ.

Sheng Li sued the couple for $10 million after the two ganged up on him last February while he was taking pictures of them outside a bar.

"Both are also being accused of slander and libel ... for allegedly making false statements about him to the NYPD," the article noted.

Sheng Li also claimed in court documents that due to the assault, he tore his shoulder, injured his thumb and wrist, bruised his face and he could face surgery to correct the damage.
