"Orange is the New Black" cast Taylor Schilling traded off her carrot-colored jumpsuit into an elegant dress as she showed her fashion style at the red carpet launch of Netflix at the Le Faust in Paris last Monday. Despite being nominated for the Emmys, Martha Stewart was not at all impressed by her acting.
The MailOnline published a series of snaps of the event showing "Orange is the New Black" cast Taylor Schilling in blue mini-dress, which she paired with strappy heels.
She also styled her hair in a bun leaving a few wisps of hair to frame her face. It's clear that she's trying to keep it simple judging from her subtle make-up and lipstick as well as the black clutch that she's holding.
The whole cast of "Orange is the New Black" was in full force to support the Netflix launch in Paris. Her co-stars Laura Prepon, Kate Mulgrew and Uzo Adubo were there. Laura Prepon herself wore a black button-up shirt and beaded skirt.
The whole cast also appeared to be unaffected by the recent news that their co-star Samira Wiley was the main reason why writer Lauren Morelli divorced her husband. The two met on the set of "Orange is the New Black" and fell in love.
Meanwhile, Martha Stewart threw serious shade at "Orange is the New Black" cast Taylor Schilling after watching the series. In a report from E! News, the lifestyle host apparently believed that the Netflix show was overhyped.
"They could have done it so much better. That girl [Schilling] is not good enough, the lead actress," Martha Stewart, who spent time behind bars himself, said.
However, E! added that Martha Stewart's comments should be taken in the context of the nominations that "Orange is the New Black" cast Taylor Schilling received from the 2014 Emmy Awards.
