"Shaolin Temple" remake is confirmed!
According to Deadline.com, "Shaolin Temple" remake is set to be released on August 14, 2015.
The first "Shaolin Temple" film premiered in 1982. It was directed by Chang Hsin Yen and starring Jet Li, and this is his debut role.
This time, the version of this martial arts movie will be in 3D and the director in-charge is the one who helmed "Better Luck Tomorrow," Justin Lin, who was also responsible for the Fast and the Furious" franchise.
In a press conference in Beijing, this film project was announced. Lin is working wit Perfect Storm Entertainment, CEO Troy Craig Poon.
