The former 98 degrees member has Vanessa Minnillo Lachey as a wife, and father to 2-year old Camden. According to People, the singer has more reasons to celebrate now that he and Vanessa are expecting a baby girl. On top of that, Lachey is in the process of filming a reality show with brother, Drew, called, "Lachey's Bar."

There's no better time to release Nick Lachey's solo album than now. Nick is set to release a solo album called "Soundtrack of My Life" on Nov. 11. This will be Nick's fourth studio album as a solo artist, as reported by People.

Nick will be doing his own cover of the 10 songs from all-time favourite movies close to his heart in his upcoming album.

The singer gave fans the inside scoop on the newest Nick Lachey solo album in an interview with People:

"I knew I wanted to do a cover album but wanted to go for a different concept,"

"Soundtracks just felt like a cool angle on doing a cover record. The marriage of music and film is one that has been talked about so much over the years, and the way music affects you when you're watching a film is so impactful."

Nick Lachey's solo album will also feature the singer's theme song with wife, Vanessa. The song is called, "Falling Slowly," from the movie "Once."

Nick said in the same interview:

"'Falling Slowly,' from the movie Once, is a very special song for Vanessa and me. It sort of became our theme song to the point where we had it performed at our wedding shower,"
