Now that 'Dancing With The Stars' Season 19 is under way this season after a long drawn out summer, everyone's asking who won the DWTS Season 18 last year? Sure, the newcomers to DWTS are putting up a great show, but the audience simply can't forget winners of the 2013 season, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Olympic skating champ Meryl Davis, on and off the dance foor.

Since May 2014, news reports have been avidly following the couple to conform if they have a romance brewing behind the screen. It's no surprise that Maks and Meryl showed up together to rekindle old dance memories.

When asked if Meryl and Maks were in a romance relationship, Maks rebutted, "Do you know what a showmance is? It is like being at a summer camp when you're a teenager," Maks was quoted as saying in a USMagazine report, adding, "When you spend three months very closely with someone at a particular place, it is like a summer love. You have no choice but to get involved with that person."

Or perhaps it was indeed a date, an evening with Dancing with the stars season 19.

But DWTS winners Maksim and Meryl Davis presumably reunited at the season 19 premiere Monday. Apparently, the duo was at the show to root for Maksim Chmerkosvksiy's brother Val Chmerkovksiy, who will probably make a good substitution for Maks and Meryl with Janel Perrish as Val's partner.

Sharing the Mirror Ball Trophy in May with Davis may have been his last chance to win DWTS. He told reporters that there's a lot of chemistry between Meryl Davis and Maks and he wants Meryl to be the last one he dances with on as a pro.

Interestingly, Maks shared an Instagram photo of the couple at the DWTS Season 19 after rumors of a romance plagued the dancing stars. His Instagram caption said, "Bang! @meryledavis and I think that y'all should vote...and vote for @iamvalc and @janelparrish!" USMagazine reported.
