"Chicago Fire" season 3 spoilers show how Joe's Zumba sessions become an issue as cast David Eigenberg keeps mum on series plot line.

Executive producer Matt Olmstead teased "Chicago Fire" season 3 spoilers to Entertainment Weekly as he said that Joe Cruz's big secret will be revealed this season.

"It's revealed-and it's a shocker-that Joe Cruz is a Zumba instructor this season, and jaws drop much to his chagrin because he thought he was keeping a lid on it and no one would find out. But they find out," he said.

He said that the idea was conceptualized because of Joe Minoso's real-life affectation toward the dancexercise.

Cartermatt said that the revelation could prove to be a comic relief to the otherwise grim revelation that a character will die.

"So who is this character going to be? You'll have to wait until the episode airs to find that out," it said.

Meanwhile, the Firehouse website dished "Chicago Fire" season 3 spoilers when it assured readers that David Eigenberg will stay on the show.

David Eigenberg, who plays Christopher Herrmann, admitted to the website that he will survive the explosion. When asked to provide more "Chicago Fire" season 3 spoilers, however, he replied: "I don't know anything!"

"People have no idea how far out of the loop I am. All of us, the performers -- they're not terribly concerned about keeping us abreast of developments. They hire us as performers, not as producers," he added.

David Eigenberg also said that he's not the type of actor who goes around pestering writers and producers on what their plans for his character is. He said the important is to deliver the real truth about his character, "within the realm of my talents, the best I can," as the actor told WKYC, an affiliate of NBC, said Firehouse.
