Celebrity News Fappening Photos: Charity Rejects Reddit Donation 'In Honor' Of Jennifer Lawrence, Prostate Cancer Foundation, Water.Org Condone Shared 'Subreddit' Fundraising

Celebrity News Fappening Photos. With Reddit's involvement in the celebrity news fappening photo leaks, charities are turning down donations from Reddit, which posted nude photos of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton. The photos, posted by hacking group 4Chan who presumably stole photos from Apple iCloud user accounts, were shared through 'subreddits' for Internet users to view.

So, far the subreddit associated with the nude photo leak has 146,000 subscribers. Prostate Cancer Foundation was one of the first charities mentioned for donating funds 'in honor' of Jennifer Lawrence, who was involved in two separate nude photo hacks by 4 Chan. Lawrence has since contacted the FBI and Apple to take up her case against the leaks. Her representative said that anyone associated with sharing leaked photos will be prosecuted.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation said that Reddit users were asked to make a donation without informing the charity itself. The organization was critical of the idea, saying that the foundation would not approve of fundraising in this manner and returned the funds: "Out of respect for everyone involved and in keeping with our own standards, we are returning all donations that resulted from this post," foxnews reports.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation posted on its website: "A post appeared on Reddit late Monday afternoon, September 1, 2014. A Reddit user directed other Reddit users to make a donation to the Prostate Cancer Foundation without the Foundation's knowledge. We would never condone raising funds for cancer research in this manner. Out of respect for everyone involved and in keeping with our own standards, we are returning all donations that resulted from this post."

In another attempt, users raising money for the charity, Water.org were dispelled by the charity, which closed Reddit's campaign within hours.
