"Insurgent" actor Ansel Elgort has made a surprising DJ stint at Echostage over the weekend as his Instagram account is billed as every fan's dream come true.

"Insurgent" actor Ansel Elgort played Shailene Woodley's brother in the "Divergent" sequel, but also her love interest in the surprise hit "The Fault in Our Stars."

"But on Saturday, Elgort the actor shed his Hollywood heartthrob bona fides to become the electro dance music spinning DJ Ansolo ... and open for his buds, the Chainsmokers," said Washington Post.

"Insurgent" actor Ansel Elgort also shared a photo of himself on social media spinning some music. He captioned the photo: "By far the best show of my career last night at @echostage WOW! I couldn't get the smile off my face!!!"

The source told the Post that Ansel Elgort arrived on Saturday and the paparazzi were already waiting for him at the airport. He took dinner with friends before proceeding to the event.

"At Echostage, Elgort was greeted with lines of screaming fans for his opening set. But alas, it was a one-night only appearance. Elgort left the following morning," the publication said.

Meanwhile, the 20-year-old actor's Instagram is every fan's dream as Ansel Elgort is known to be very active in social media and not above interactive with fans, according to Socialite Life.
