Amanda Bynes was arrested on DUI charges on Sunday after she allegedly stopped her car in the middle of an intersection in Los Angeles.

The "She's the Man" star was stopped by a California Highway Police officer who determined that she was driving under the influence, according to TV Guide.

Immediately after, she was escorted to the LAPD Van Nuys division where she was evaluated and charged with DUI, the same publication noted.

In the report filed at the LAPD Van Nuys division, it was noted that the actress donned a disheveled appearance but was cooperative upon arrest, TMZ reported.

After posting $15,000 bail she was released however, the arrest still is a cause for major concern because Bynes is currently on probation for a reckless driving conviction that took place earlier this year, the same publication reported.

Despite confirming that the actress is high on drugs, police officers were unable to determine which drug in particular she was high on.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Bynes has been arrested on DUI charge. Back in 2012, she was also arrested for the same reason, USA Today noted.

Last year, Bynes went to rehab and got out and decided to live with her parents who have grown very much concerned of her health. She also received psychiatric treatment last year after authorities claimed she set a small fire in the driveway of a home in Thousand Oaks.

Following her short stint at a rehab facility, Bynes went on to pursue fashion design courses at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, according to FOX News.

It is unclear whether or not she was able to complete her course at the said institution.

As of late, Bynes is no longer living with her parents and she's living by herself at an Orange County apartment.

Multiple sources revealed that she's been high on weed for weeks and that things are getting haywire again.
