This just in! There are brand new photos from the set of the much awaited Zack Snyder directed movie that will bring together the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader. It's once again an exciting day for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice news as we catch a great first glimpse at what's in store for us for this movie.

The two new photos from actor Tim Reinman's Twitter account shows people from Metropolis gathering to protest Superman, bearing placards and signs that want the man of steel out of the earth. They think of him as the source of all the destruction that earth experienced from General Zod -- courtesy of Superman being here on the planet.

This of course all happened in the prequel to this movie, Man of Steel. And now it would seem that this latest Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice news is telling us that the movie's plot will revolve around a particularly anti-Superman theme.

These rumors of the man of steel being the highly unpopular figure in Zack Snyder's take on Batman versus Superman has been circulating around. Earlier in August, there was a Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice news that surfaced saying that the earth is going to face a disaster of epic proportions that Superman is powerless against, and that Batman comes around to save the day. This turn of events reportedly turns people's feeling against Superman. As to which villain perpetrated this end of the world scenario, and why exactly Superman was not able to prevent this from happening, is still a mystery.

In any case, here's what we do know -- aside from Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman/Clark Kent, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Joason Momoa has been confirmed as Aquaman.

Ben Affleck for one, is unaffected by the Batman backlash surrounding his character, and is very much thrilled to be part of this movie. Speaking to the Boston Globe, Affleck says. "I can tell you that I'm very excited and it's very exciting."

"I can tell you that in my entire career, I haven't had so many people come up to me and say how much they're looking forward to the movie. Naturally, that's a lot of pressure, but I love the script, I love the director, I love the studio. I'm very much looking forward to it, but it's two years away so it probably doesn't bear talking about anymore," he added.

Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
