Ever since the news that a third installment of the Taken movie will be showing, fans have speculated as to who will be taken this time. Well, the Taken 3 trailer is here, and it seems as if this time around, instead of main character Brian Mills being the one on the hunt, he will be the one running for his life.

Audiences love Liam Neeson, so even if the guy is in his 60s, he is still a favorite action hero among many. He's starred in very iconic roles such as Qui Gon Jinn in Star Wars, Ra's Al Ghul in Batman Begins, and as the voice of Aslan The Lion in The Chronicles of Narnia series. But most moviegoers will remember and love him as the father who will do anything to take back his daughter, and his wife from evil kidnappers, in the first two Taken films.

In Taken 3, Neeson reprises his role as ex-CIA operative Brian Mills. The Taken 3 trailer shows us that Mills will be on the run because he has been framed for the murder of his ex-wife, played by Famke Janssen. We see in the Taken 3 trailer Neeson in all his action hero glory, resisting arrest, jumping from a window, and overall just battling it out with both the bad guys and the authorities.

Liam Neeson has recently sat down for an interview with USA Today for an interview about Taken 3. The 63 year old actor shares that his character, Brian Mills will really have to rely on all his skills to evade capture from those who are trying to get him framed for murder. "I have to go on the run, I'll put it that way, from the not-so-lawful types and the lawful authorities," he explained. "Bryan Mills served his country faithfully, but now even they are after him. They must not like me."
The film co-stars Forest Whitaker (The Last King Of Scotland), and will be directed by Olivier Megaton (Transporter 3), off a script by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. The Taken 3 release date is January 9, 2015.
